This panna cotta is set the night before, ready to reach for when you wake. Made with just four ingredients, Dulve gives it a naturally creamy finish ready to be finished your way.

Ingredients

1 vanilla pod (or ¼ tsp vanilla paste)

3 tsp gelatin
+
3 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
Method
1.
Warm Dulve in a saucepan over low heat. Split the vanilla pod, scrape the seeds, and add both seeds + pod (or vanilla paste).

Sprinkle in gelatin and whisk gently as it warms. Bring to a light simmer (don’t boil), stirring until fully dissolved.

Add honey or maple and whisk for another minute. Remove from heat and lightly blend (optional, for a smoother finish).

Pour into 4 ramekins or glasses. Chill for at least 5–6 hours, ideally overnight.

Let sit at room temp for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Top with yogurt, nut butter, fruit, or a spoon of jam.
